Looking for a change, Mr. Schnaidt, together with his wife, began their real estate business in 2005 with the idea that their corporate backgrounds and 20 years of Triangle residency would enable them to uniquely serve the needs of individuals and companies.
Al is from North Dakota and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from North Dakota State. He has held senior corporate positions including the titles of President and COO. He is a member and past Chairman of the Wake Technical Community College Foundation Board of Directors.
Marc Becker, the host of the radio show, "The Money Jam," and Founding Partner of Wiser Financial Coaching, LLC; coaches people to attain financial and life wealth. He and his staff enables them to understand what they are doing and create synergy within their most important decisions.

Marc is the host of the radio show, "The Money Jam," airing Saturday and Sunday mornings at 9:00 a.m. on 1360 AM radio. Marc is also the author of the book, "The Financial Plan Scam: Confessions of a Recovering Financial Planner," and co-author of "The Lies My Broker Taught Me and 101 Truths About Money and Investing." Marc holds a degree in Psychology from Guilford College and has earned a Certificate in Financial Planning from Kaplan College. He has earned a host of industry designations including Registered Financial Consultant (RFC)TM , Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)TM designee, Certified Estate Planner (CEP)TM designee. He has successfully completed the FINRA sponsored Series 7, 63, & 65 examinations. He is licensed in life, health, disability, long-term care, and Medicare supplement insurance. He and other members of his firm are regularly requested to speak by various associations and Fortune 500 companies.
